For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend MeinEinkauf.ch. This service takes care of all customs formalities for a small fee and delivers directly to your home. You will receive your goods quickly, duty paid and at a favourable price.

Product

We offer you the opportunity to put together your own customised set and select the perfect mixer tap for your washbasin. You will find a detailed list of all the components included in the scope of delivery.

Please note that the mixer tap is not always included in the bathroom furniture sets. You will find this information in the item description.

If you already have a suitable mixer tap or do not need one, our sets are also compatible with standard commercial sizes.

Some of our furniture is delivered pre-assembled, while others require assembly. You will find detailed information about this in the item description to ensure that you are informed about the assembly status of the respective piece of furniture.

Some of our items offer the flexibility to choose the door hinge on the left or right, while others are fixed. You will find this information in the item description.

Decorative items such as toothbrush holders, coat hooks etc. are shown in the photos for illustrative purposes only and are not included in the scope of delivery. The exact list of items included in the delivery can be found in the product description.

If you would like to request wood samples for your furniture in advance, you are welcome to do so. Please contact our customer service.

The siphon and drain valve are not included in the scope of delivery. However, you can purchase these separately in our shop.

If your washbasin has an overflow, you will need a drain valve with overflow. The drain valve with overflow has an additional opening to drain excess water if the main drain hole is blocked.
However, if your sink does not have an overflow, you will need a drain valve without overflow, as there is no additional drain hole in this case.
It is important to make this distinction to ensure that the drain valve fits your sink perfectly and works properly.

At Planetmöbel, we offer you a wide selection of washbasins so that you can design your bathroom furniture set to suit your individual requirements. Whether you choose a washbasin in addition to your vanity unit or prefer to buy without a washbasin is entirely up to you. This flexibility allows you to design your bathroom exactly as you wish.

Please note that some sets, especially for guest bathrooms, are always supplied with a matching washbasin. These are clearly labelled so that you know exactly what you are getting.

Delivery and shipping costs

Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of your payment on working days so that you can receive your new furniture as quickly as possible. The usual delivery time after dispatch is 2-4 working days, which allows you to experience your order promptly.

Please understand that in rare exceptional cases, such as public holidays or unforeseen events, the delivery time may be extended. We want to ensure that your order runs smoothly and to your satisfaction and will therefore always keep you informed of the dispatch status.

For some orders, multiple parcels may be dispatched separately, which may result in different delivery times. We therefore recommend that you check your dispatch confirmation to ensure that all items are on their way to you. You can use the tracking numbers provided to view the current delivery status of each parcel.

To track your order online and find the tracking number, please proceed as follows:

1.check your email: As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us. In this email you will usually also find the tracking number and a link to track your order.

2.account on our website: If you have an account on our website, you can log in and view the status of your order in your order history. The tracking number and a tracking link should also be displayed there.

3.directly on the shipping service provider's website: With the tracking number you have received, you can log in directly on the shipping service provider's website and check the current status of your delivery.

If you cannot find your tracking number or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team. We are at your disposal to help you track your order.

As soon as you have received a consignment number from us, you have the option of tracking your consignment.

If your delivery is made by a forwarding agent, this will be announced in advance and a suitable delivery date will be agreed with you. 

It is possible to change your delivery address as long as your order has not yet been dispatched. If you would like to make any changes, please contact our customer service team.

If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change your delivery address. However, we will do our best to help you.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a service to take away and dispose of your old furniture. However, we would like to help you and recommend that you contact local waste disposal companies or charitable organisations who will be happy to help you collect your old furniture.

As a rule, all the furniture in a set is delivered at the same time. However, for larger orders that have to be dispatched in several parcels, it is possible that not all items will arrive at the same time.

Island surcharge

If delivery is made to German islands, we charge a surcharge of €99.95.
Unfortunately, shipping to islands abroad is currently not possible.

Delivery to Switzerland

For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend MeinEinkauf.ch. This service takes care of all customs formalities for a small fee and delivers directly to your home. You will receive your goods quickly, duty paid and at a favourable price.

As a rule, all products on our website are in stock and will be dispatched immediately after your order. If a product is not available, we will indicate this accordingly.

To ensure that you are notified as soon as the product is available again, we offer you the option of activating a delivery notification on the respective product page. This way you will always be kept up to date and can finalise your order as soon as the desired product is back in stock.

Our customer service team will also be happy to provide you with further assistance. You can contact us at any time to clarify questions about products, orders or other concerns.

If you would prefer to collect your furniture yourself, you are welcome to do so. Please contact our customer service to arrange a ternin.

Returns and cancellation

If your order has been delivered damaged, we are very sorry.

 Please send us an e-mail to [email protected] and include the consignment and order number. We also ask that you provide a detailed description of the damage and send us photos of both the damage and the packaging. Once we have received this information, we will immediately investigate the case thoroughly and inform you of the next steps.

As a rule, the purchase price will be refunded to the payment method originally used. As soon as we have received and checked your returned goods, the amount will be refunded according to your payment method.

General questions

You have a statutory warranty claim on the ordered goods for two years from the date of delivery. If you would like to make use of this claim, please send us an e-mail with a brief description and photos of the damage to [email protected]

You can download the assembly instructions for all our furniture as PDF documents from our website. If you cannot find the instructions you are looking for, please send us a short message using our contact form or by e-mail to [email protected]. We will then send you the assembly instructions by e-mail.

No, unfortunately we do not offer assembly or installation services for our products. Detailed assembly instructions are included with your order. However, if you have any questions, our customer service team will be happy to help you.

Our products are manufactured with a particular focus on environmental friendliness and sustainability. We endeavour to offer high-quality items that not only protect the environment, but also contribute to the long-term conservation of our resources.

We do not currently have a furniture exhibition. However, this is planned for the future. We will inform you on our homepage and via our social media channels as soon as a viewing is possible.
